The location was stunning, conveniently located near Southover Grange Gardens. We booked a cottage that offered breathtaking mountain views and included many lovely touches. Although we didn’t have enough time to fully enjoy our stay, we would definitely return in the future.

I recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel just outside the village with stunning views over the mountains. This place provided enhanced comfort and quality services, making my stay truly enjoyable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, making me feel comfortable and well taken care of. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-decorated, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. I particularly loved the sauna in my room, offering a unique and rejuvenating experience. Additionally, the breakfast options were fresh, delicious, and catered to different dietary preferences, allowing me to try new and exciting ingredients. this place provided a wonderful experience that left me wanting to come back and explore more of what it has to offer.

The hotel location just outside the village had amazing views over the mountains. The cleanliness was remarkable, and all the hotel facilities were in perfect condition. The breakfast was fresh, yummy, and offered a great selection of vegetarian options. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

Spent Xmas in a cozy villa with an impressive open, air jacuzzi, which was very enjoyable. the villa was equipped with everything needed, including a comfortable bed and a well, prepared breakfast. the location is ideal, as the town is about a 15, 20 minute walk away with many shops and the Hot Springs complex.

The only negative is that there was no daily housekeeping service. this is something that can be easily managed with a quick tidy up by oneself.

During my Christmas stay, I had an amazing time at this retreat. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were incredibly clean and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, offering breathtaking views of the mountains and a peaceful atmosphere. I especially liked the spa package and the delicious 3-course breakfast, which were included in the price.

While my overall stay was wonderful, the retreat lacked some of the modern amenities I am used to. The Wi-Fi signal was weak and the TV selection was limited.

This retreat is amazing, just outside a charming village with stunning views over the mountains. the rooms are clean and comfortable with lovely touches that make you feel at home. the showers are huge and the breakfast is cooked to order and delicious. Expert hands offer the best Antipodean oil massages and a fabulous spa package. the view from the bedroom and breakfast room is stunning and relaxing.

It may not be suitable for those looking for a city experience.
